Account Verification After Login On RocketWin
After you sign in to RocketWin, the site may ask you to verify your account to meet KYC and anti-fraud checks, and to release payments safely.
Verification is required when you request your first withdrawal, when your deposits or withdrawals reach internal review limits, or when your login, device, or location changes and the system flags the session.
RocketWin can also trigger verification after a payment method change, repeated failed login attempts, or if account details (name, date of birth) don’t match the payment profile.
In practice, the check happens in the cashier or account settings: you upload documents, wait for review, and withdrawals stay pending until the account status switches to verified.
- ID: Passport, national ID card (front and back), or driver’s licence; the document must be valid, readable, and show your full name and date of birth.
- Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last 90 days; it must show your full name and the same address you entered in your profile.
- Payment method: For bank cards, a photo showing only the last 4 digits and your name (cover the middle digits and CVV); for e-wallets, a screenshot of the wallet profile page with your name and account ID.
- Selfie check: A selfie holding your ID, or a short live video check if the system asks for liveness verification.
Right now, verification on RocketWin is a conditional step: you can log in and play without it, but withdrawals and flagged sessions move to “review” until the documents pass.
